The service break will take place on Sunday 7 March at 1.00. The break affecting cards is estimated to end around 21.00, and the break affecting other services at around midnight.
During the service break, cash cannot be withdrawn with Nordea’s cards, and Nordea’s access codes cannot be used for electronic identification. Netbank and mobile bank will be unavailable during the entire break. Card payments will be possible with certain restrictions at stores and unmanned service stations, for example, but the payment process may be slow and payments may not go through. The break will also affect payments in applications and services which have been linked to a payment card issued by Nordea. Similarly, the break will prevent the use of payment cards issued by Nordea in online stores. In addition, it won’t be possible to access account information via licensed third party providers.
Nordea’s Customer Service on the phone is open 9.00–17.00 on Sunday (service in Finnish), but during the break it will provide only general help. We will try to keep the service break as short as possible, and the services will be gradually made available to customers as the maintenance work progresses.
