As of 15 September 2025, you will not be able to use the white code calculator
We are updating our digital banking services and want to ensure that you can use modern identification solutions. Going forward, our selection of means of identification will only include the Nordea ID app and the black Nordea ID device. The white code calculator will be retired in September 2025. What you should do if you are still using the white code calculator:
- As of 15 September 2025, you will not be able to use the white code calculator. Please ensure before this date that you have either the Nordea ID app or the Nordea ID device available, so that you can continue to bank with ease.
- After 30 March 2025, it has not been possible to log in to Nordea Mobile using the white code calculator. You can only log in to Nordea Mobile with the Nordea ID app.
- The use of the talking code calculator will end during the latter part of 2025. We recommend that you install the Nordea ID app that is easy to use with the accessibility features on your phone. If you’re unable to install the Nordea ID app on a smart device, you can call us to order a Nordea ID device.
- by sending a message through the netbank. Select "Order Nordea ID device" as the subject and send the message to us.

Please note that the Nordea ID device is personal and you can only order it for yourself. Delivery of the device may take approximately three weeks.
