You can call us easily and securely from Nordea Mobile, as there you have already been authenticated. Nordea assists you over the phone in English Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00.

How to call us via Nordea Mobile

    Select the topic, and one of our advisers will answer your call.

Calling without Nordea Mobile

You can also call Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000Opens new window (local rates apply*). Authenticate yourself at the beginning of the call to get through quicker. No separate service fee is charged for the call.

  1. First, key in your user ID on your phone and press # (the hash key).
  2. Listen to the instructions and authenticate yourself either with the Nordea Codes app on your phone or with a separate code calculator.
  3. If you don’t have access codes, just key in # (the hash key).

Phone service also in sign language

If you use sign language, you can use the Chabla service to help you call us. It is available in Finnish Mon–Fri 8.00–16.00.

Chabla is an interpretation app developed for sign language users. It allows you to add a sign language interpreter to a video call with the press of a button without having to book them in advance. You can also use Chabla when you join an online meeting with us.
