On Friday 7 February, our customer service will be open exceptionally until 11.00 due to customer service training. The exceptional opening hours apply to Nordea Customer Service in Finnish (tel. 0200 3000), Swedish (tel. 0200 5000) and English (tel. 0200 70 000) as well as our chat service.
Our branches in the Greater Helsinki area, Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Kuopio will serve customers by appointment until 11.00.
Our cash service branches in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere will be open from 9.15 until 11.00. Our other branches in Finland will be closed for the whole day.
Nordea Customer Service will be available again as usual on Saturday 8 February and Sunday 9 February and the branches will be open as usual on Monday 10 February.
You can easily do your banking in Nordea Mobile and Netbank whenever it suits you best. Our Chatbot Nova is also at your service in Nordea Mobile and Netbank and on the nordea.fi website around the clock.
If you lose your card or suspect your card details have fallen into the wrong hands, you can easily block your card in Nordea Mobile or Netbank either temporarily or permanently.
