- How much does my daily banking cost if I don’t have a service package?
If you don’t qualify for the lower package price, you will pay the fees set for each service in our tariff.
Without the package price, the products included in the Blue package cost in total at least: 6.58 euros per month
Without the package price, the products included in the Gold package cost in total at least: 9.58 euros per month
Without the package price, the products included in the Platinum package cost in total at least: 20.58 euros per month
The above calculations assume that you have one current account, Nordea access codes and one card included in the relevant package (Nordea Debit, Credit, Gold or Platinum). The service fees may be higher if you open more than one current account and have two cards, for example.

- What happens to Mobile Plus and Basic packages, and do I need to apply for a new package?
Mobile Plus and Basic packages are available until 30 April 2026. They will be replaced by the new Blue, Gold and Platinum packages from 1 May 2026.
You don’t need to apply separately for a new daily banking package. The services you are using determine which package you’ll have from 1 May 2026. The lower package price will apply automatically when you meet the package criteria.
- Can I choose any service package?
The service packages differ based on the payment card you have as your main card. You can switch packages by applying for a new payment card or giving up your existing card.
Your new package price will apply automatically once your cards have been updated in our systems.
Example: If you want to switch to the Gold package and currently have the Blue package with Nordea Credit and Nordea Debit cards, you should first apply for a Nordea Gold card. If we approve your Nordea Gold application, you should then close either your Nordea Credit or Nordea Debit card if you want to have your cards included in the package price going forward.
If you’re applying for a new credit card, consider in advance whether its credit limit suits your needs. Don’t close your old card until you’ve been granted a new one to avoid being left without a payment card even for a short period of time. Note that in many cases, your old card can be included in the new service package.
- I have three cards. Which of them are included in my package?
Our service packages include two cards. The third card, which is the card with the lowest fee, is subject to the service-specific fee set in our tariff.

- When will my service package price be updated?
We charge service fees retroactively based on the services used in the previous month.
For example, we will charge January service fees in February and February service fees in March.
- What counts as regular income?
Regular income refers to any income you live on. The most common types of regular income include salary, pension, benefits, allowances, business income and capital income.
- Are all Nordea cards included in the service packages?
No, all cards are not included in the service packages.

- Stockmann Mastercard

- How much does a parallel card cost when included in a service package?
Your service package is always determined by your highest-level card, regardless of whether it is a principal or parallel card.
The parallel card is therefore included in the holder’s package, and their package price depends on their card and banking volume. If the parallel card holder does not qualify for a service package, or if they have more than two cards, the parallel card is charged to the principal card holder based on our tariff.
Example: You have a Nordea Platinum card and want your spouse to have a Platinum card as a parallel card. If your spouse currently has a Blue or Gold package, their package will be upgraded to the more expensive Platinum package. The price of your spouse’s Platinum package is determined by their banking volume. If your spouse does not meet the package criteria, the parallel card fee is charged to you as the principal card holder based on our tariff.
- Are service packages the same thing as basic banking services?
Service packages are not the same thing as basic banking services.
By law, customers are entitled to a limited set of daily banking services, including a basic payment account, a Nordea Debit card and Nordea access codes. Our basic banking services are limited to these services only.
