By moving your existing home loan to us, you’ll qualify directly as our Value Customer and may in some cases even qualify as our Premium Customer. When we negotiate on the loan, we will also ensure that we discuss all your other service needs.

Do you have savings or investments?


You’ll qualify as our Value Customer if you move more than 30,000 euros of savings to us. To qualify as our Premium Customer, you’ll need at least 100,000 euros in savings, but we will take your whole family’s savings into account.

How to proceed when you want to switch banks

When you switch banks, you will first be signed up as our customer. After that, you can start transferring your loans and savings to us. If you’re interested in our home loan, you should apply for it before you sign up as our customer.

How to start banking with us

You can become our customer and set up your first services online. When you become our customer, you will be set up with the services you have selected in your application, such as online banking credentials, accounts and a Nordea Debit card. As a new customer, you’ll get these and any other daily banking services you select free of charge for the first three months. 

Become a customer online

If you can’t use our online application for some reason, you can book an appointment in branch by contacting our Customer Service. You will be signed up as a customer at the appointment.
