Premium Customer

You qualify as a Premium Customer if you or your family have combined savings and investments of at least 100,000 euros or a home loan of 400,000 euros or more plus investments.

We offer many benefits to our customers aged 18 to 27, helping them to get started with saving and investment.

Daily banking services free of charge, or with a Nordea Gold card for an affordable package price of less than one euro per month
No custody fee for book-entry and equity savings accounts
50% off the management fees of a unit-linked insurance policy

Get cheaper cards and daily services by moving most of your banking to us

We recommend our new daily banking packages to all of our customers, as the packages come with current accounts, online banking credentials and 1 or 2 payment cards.

Enjoy daily banking services at a low package price or even for free when you concentrate your daily banking with us.

The price of your service package depends on your customer group in our Loyalty Programme and the cards you have chosen. Our Platinum and Gold packages with their discounts on credit cards will give you more value for money, while our Blue package is free of charge for many of our customers.

You can select two payment cards for your service package from our new card selection for an affordable price – or even free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about Loyalty Programme

How can I join your Loyalty Programme?

All our personal customers are automatically included in the Loyalty Programme, so you don’t need to join it separately.

Our updated Loyalty Programme becomes effective on 1 May 2026, and your new benefits will be available to you automatically after this date.

Where can I check my customer group?

We have sent you a customer letter in January or February with information about your customer group.

If you have Nordea access codes, you have received the letter in the Messages section in Nordea Mobile and Netbank.
If you don't have Nordea access codes, you have received the letter on paper by post.

Your customer group depends on how much you bank with us. The information in the letter about your new customer group is based on data in our systems on 30 November 2025.

Why haven’t I received the customer letter?

We sent a letter to all our customers affected by the updates in January or February. If you bank online, you will have received the letter digitally in Nordea Mobile and Netbank. If you don’t bank online, you will have received the letter on paper by post.

These updates do not affect children under 18 and estates, so we haven’t sent a letter to them.

How can I become a Value or Premium Customer?

Your customer group depends on your banking volume. The more you bank with us, the higher you can climb. We will help you move your banking to us and prepare a personal plan for building your wealth, for example.

Note: The limits applied to Value Customers are personal, but with Premium Customers, we look at the combined banking volume of the entire family. You can become a Premium Customer based on your family’s banking volume.

Why are you updating your Loyalty Programme?

We are updating our Loyalty Programme to meet the changing needs of our customers. We want to make banking with us easier, clearer and more transparent than ever and to support our customers’ wealth building journey. With the updates, we will introduce a new customer group called Value Customers and offer competitive pricing and extensive benefits for all life situations.
