Fast Track is free for the cardholder, and it is available at the Helsinki Airport and most major international airports.

The Priority Pass app is your ticket to lounges. You can access any Priority Pass lounge by showing your digital membership card from the app at the lounge reception.

You can also use the app to locate the lounges at airports and learn about the amenities they offer. The app is also a handy tool for checking how many lounge visits you have made during the past year.

Can I access Priority Pass lounges without the app?

Yes, you can also access Priority Pass lounges without the app. You just need to present your credit card at the lounge reception. Remember to mention that your Nordea Platinum or Nordea Premium card includes the Priority Pass benefit to ensure that you can enter free of charge.

How to register for the Priority Pass service

Check your card settings in Nordea Mobile or Netbank to make sure that you have enabled online payments.
Register for the service at prioritypass.com/nordea. The service is available in English.
Enter the number of your Nordea Platinum or Nordea Premium card’s credit facility into the Payment Card Number field.
Fill in the requested card and invoicing details.
Confirm your registration with the Nordea ID app or the Nordea ID device.

How to set up the Priority Pass app

Download the Priority Pass app to your phone from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Log in to the app with your user ID and password that you created when you registered for the Priority Pass service.
Your digital membership card is now ready for use.

If you have problems with your registration, user account, lounge access or anything else, you can contact the Priority Pass Customer Service. You will be served in English around the clock on +44 20 8680 1338.

How to use Fast Track

You should register for the Fast Track service well before your flight to make sure that you have the service available when you need it.

Create a personal user account in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the Mastercard Travel Experiences website. Note that you can’t use Scandinavian letters when you register your name.
Book Fast Track security check via the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or website.
Select the airport, number of passengers and the time when you will arrive at the security check.
The Fast Track ticket will be delivered to you in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or your email.
Follow the signs at the airport to find the Fast Track lane.
At the Fast Track lane, show the ticket you received in your app or email.

Fast Track fees

The Fast Track service is free for cardholders. For other passengers connected to the same Fast Track booking, the service is subject to a fee.

The service fee may vary by airport. At the Helsinki Airport, for example, the service fee is 7.20 euros per passenger. You can check the prices for different airports via the Travel Experiences app or website.

Note that the app will show the normal service fee when you start the booking. Once the service is booked, the price will be reset to 0 euros for the cardholder.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my family or other guests with me to the lounge?

Yes, you can bring your family members or other guests to the lounge, but they will also reduce the number of your free visits.

Can I extend the Fast Track service to my travel companions?

Yes, the Fast Track service is also available to your travel companions but for a fee. Fast Track is free for the cardholder only.

Can I register more than one card in the Priority Pass service?

You can only register one card per user ID in the Priority Pass service. If you have previously registered a Nordea Premium card in the Priority Pass service, you need to register again and create a new user ID for your Nordea Platinum card.

Why has Priority Pass placed an authorisation hold on my credit card?

The authorisation hold is used to confirm that your credit card is valid. When you register your digital membership card in the Priority Pass service, a temporary authorisation hold of 1 euro is placed on your credit card. A temporary authorisation hold of 1 euro is also placed on your credit card every time you access a lounge. The amount is released after the authorisation hold expires.

What should I do if I can’t access a lounge with my mobile app or card?

If you have problems accessing a lounge, check that you have enabled online payments with your card. Online payments need to be enabled to confirm that your card is valid. You can change your card settings in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.

Also check that your card details in the Priority Pass service are up to date. You need to update your card details every time your card is renewed.

I have technical problems with the Fast Track service. What should I do?

If you can’t book the Fast Track service, you may have registered your name using Scandinavian letters. If you have done so, please contact Nordea Customer Service.

If your QR code doesn’t work at the security check or you have some other acute problem with the service, the Fast Track customer service team will help you. You will be served in English from Monday to Thursday between 9.00 and 17.00 on +44 7700 168 666.
