Fast Track is free for the cardholder, and it is available at the Helsinki Airport and most major international airports. You can book a Fast Track security check before your trip in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app.

You also get to relax in airport lounges before your flight, enjoying amenities, such as complimentary food and drinks and faster Wi-Fi.

How to start using the apps

Get smooth access to lounges with the Priority Pass app

The Priority Pass app is your ticket to lounges. You can access any Priority Pass lounge by showing your digital membership card from the app at the lounge reception.

You can also use the app to locate the lounges at airports and learn about the amenities they offer. The app is also a handy tool for checking how many lounge visits you have made during the past year.

Can I access Priority Pass lounges without the app?

Yes, you can also access Priority Pass lounges without the app. You just need to present your credit card at the lounge reception. Remember to mention that your Nordea Platinum or Nordea Premium card includes the Priority Pass benefit to ensure that you can enter free of charge.

How to register for the Priority Pass service

  1. Check your card settings in Nordea Mobile or Netbank to make sure that you have enabled online payments.
  2. Register for the service at prioritypass.com/nordea. The service is available in English.
  3. Enter the number of your Nordea Platinum or Nordea Premium card’s credit facility into the Payment Card Number field.
  4. Fill in the requested card and invoicing details.
  5. Confirm your registration with the Nordea ID app or the Nordea ID device.

How to set up the Priority Pass app

  1. Download the Priority Pass app to your phone from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Log in to the app with your user ID and password that you created when you registered for the Priority Pass service.
  3. Your digital membership card is now ready for use.

If you have problems with your registration, user account, lounge access or anything else, you can contact the Priority Pass Customer Service. You will be served in English around the clock on +44 20 8680 1338. 

How to use Fast Track

You should register for the Fast Track service well before your flight to make sure that you have the service available when you need it.

  1. Create a personal user account in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the Mastercard Travel Experiences website. Note that you can’t use Scandinavian letters when you register your name.
  2. Book Fast Track security check via the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or website.
  3. Select the airport, number of passengers and the time when you will arrive at the security check.
  4. The Fast Track ticket will be delivered to you in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or your email.
  5. Follow the signs at the airport to find the Fast Track lane.
  6. At the Fast Track lane, show the ticket you received in your app or email.

Fast Track fees

The Fast Track service is free for cardholders. For other passengers connected to the same Fast Track booking, the service is subject to a fee. 

The service fee may vary by airport. At the Helsinki Airport, for example, the service fee is 7.20 euros per passenger. You can check the prices for different airports via the Travel Experiences app or website.

Note that the app will show the normal service fee when you start the booking. Once the service is booked, the price will be reset to 0 euros for the cardholder.
