As a holder of Nordea Black, you and your travel companions have unlimited access to Priority Pass lounges at more than 1,500 airports across the world. In the Priority Pass airport lounges, you can enjoy free drinks and snacks, read the latest magazines and newspapers and, in most lounges, use a free Wi-Fi during your trip.
To take advantage of your Priority Pass benefit, register your membership at prioritypass.com/nordea. In order to register for the Priority Pass service you’ll need the details of your Nordea Black credit card and the Nordea ID app or the Nordea ID device for authentication. Begin by entering the number of your Nordea Black credit facility into the Payment Card Number field. Once you have provided all the requested card and invoicing details, confirm your Priority Pass membership with your Nordea ID app or Nordea ID device. You have to enable online payments with your card before you register for the Priority Pass service. You can do this in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
Once you have registered for the Priority Pass service, download the Priority Pass app to your mobile device from your app store (App Store or Google Play). Log in to the app with your user ID and password that you created when you registered for the Priority Pass service. Once you have done this, you’re ready to start using the app and your digital Priority Pass membership card.
The digital membership card included in the Priority Pass mobile app gives you access to lounges. The app also provides you with up-to-date information on airport lounges covered by the Priority Pass benefit across the world as well as information on additional benefits and discounts at different airports. In the app, you can easily check how many lounge visits you have made.
You can also get the lounge benefit by showing your physical Nordea Black card at the lounge reception. If you only show your card at the reception, remember to always mention that your Nordea Black card includes the Priority Pass benefit to ensure that you can enter free of charge. You have to enable online payments with your card every time you visit a Priority Pass lounge.
If you haven’t registered your Priority Pass membership in advance, you need to use your physical Nordea Black card and the Nordea ID app or Nordea ID device to verify your identity when you visit a lounge for the first time. 1. I have already registered for the Priority Pass service using another card. Can I register other cards from Nordea or another service provider in the Priority Pass service? As a holder of Nordea Black, your card comes with unlimited access to the lounge service. You can only register one card per user ID in the Priority Pass service. If you have previously registered another card in the Priority Pass service, you need to create a new user ID for your Nordea Black card in order to be able to register it.
2. I forgot to register my membership but would like to make use of my airport lounge benefit. What should I do? You can also access airport lounges with your physical Nordea Black credit card. If you haven’t registered for the digital membership card or downloaded the mobile app in advance but would like to take advantage of your benefit and access a lounge with your Nordea card, the registration will be done on your behalf in the lounge. For the registration, you’ll need your Mastercard and your Nordea ID app or Nordea ID device for authentication.
If you use your physical Mastercard to access a lounge, remember to mention that you are a Priority Pass member to ensure that you can enter free of charge. Please note that you can’t access lounges with a card added to your phone’s mobile wallet, such as Apple Pay.
3. Priority Pass has placed an authorisation hold on my credit card. What does this mean? When you register your digital membership card in the Priority Pass service, a temporary authorisation hold of 1 euro is placed on your credit card. A temporary authorisation hold of 1 euro is also placed on your credit card every time you access a lounge. The authorisation hold is used to confirm that your credit card is valid. The amount is released after the authorisation hold expires.
4. What should I do if I can’t access a lounge with my mobile app or card? If you have problems with accessing a lounge, please check that you have enabled online payments with your card. Online payments need to be enabled to confirm that your card is valid. You can do this in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.

Fast Track
- The Fast Track service needs to be booked in advance. It enables a smooth security check and provides extra comfort for your trip.
- Fast Track gives you access to airport lounges, restaurants and shopping facilities quickly and with no need to hurry.
How to start using the Fast Track benefit:
1. Book your Fast Track security check in the Mastercard Travel Experiences app or on the Mastercard Travel Experiences website: Travel Experiences websiteOpens new window, Travel Experiences app: AppStore and Google Play.
2. Select the airport, the number of passengers and the time slot when you will go to the security checkpoint in the app or on the website.
The Fast Track service is free for cardholders. Upon booking, the booking app shows that the price of the service is 6.20 euros per person*. Once the service is booked, the price will be reset to 0 euros for the cardholder. For other passengers connected to the same Fast Track booking the service is subject to a fee (6.20 euros per person*).
