• E-support assists you with your company’s electronic payment transfers on banking days 9.00 - 16.30.
• On short banking days (New Year’s Eve and Maundy Thursday) 9.00 - 14.00.

• Netbank user support and browser support
• online services support (e-invoice, e-payment, e-salary, e-identification)
• check-ups related to file transfer and retrieval
• electronic cross-border payments support
• other questions related to electronic payment services

Customer service for corporate cards

• Our Customer Service handles all your corporate card questions in Finnish, Swedish and English on weekdays 8.00 - 17.00. Any card problem you may have will be addressed in Swedish or English also outside the Customer Service hours.
• On short banking days (New Year’s Eve and Maundy Thursday) 8.00 - 13.00.
