** A taxation partnership that does not operate as a business and thus does not need corporate banking services can establish a customer relationship connected to a personal bank account.

Phrases approved by the bank to be used in the minutes

Below you will find examples of phrases approved by the bank to be used when a decision by a meeting of the association or the board of the association is required. You can choose the relevant phrase as required, use it in your minutes and make the necessary changes to the texts in square brackets according to your needs.

Please keep in mind that the opening of the meeting, confirmation of the quorum and validity of the meeting and closing of the meeting must be recorded in the minutes or in the extract from the minutes you will deliver to us. You must also sign the minutes or the extract. If the meeting of the association authorises the board to decide on matters related to financing, we will need the minutes of the meeting of the association and the minutes of the board meeting.
