Leasing is a good choice for long-term leasing of movable assets. The conditions of lease financing will always be determined case by case.
With a business loan, you can buy the equipment you want to install or finance fixed energy-efficient renovations. The terms, conditions and price of a business loan will always be agreed case by case.

Leasing

Features

Does not tie up your capital.
You will lease the financed asset for a certain finance period.
The leasing fee is based on the purchase price of the asset and paid in advance every month or quarterly.

Please consider

Finance period up to 60 months. At the end of the period, we offer you the option to extend it or exercise a purchase option.
Financing includes installation, which can cost up to 25% of the purchase price.
You should also look into the European Investment Fund’s loan guarantees for sustainable investments.

Features

Ties up your capital.
Your company will own the equipment.
Provides you with the option to choose a fixed or variable interest rate, the loan period, the repayment method and instalment-free periods (subject to agreement).

Please consider

The loan can be granted as a green loan if the energy-efficient renovation reduces energy consumption by at least 30%. If not, your company can apply for a regular loan.
You should also look into the European Investment Fund’s loan guarantees for sustainable investments.
