Instructions for the digital Power of attorney

Use the power of attorney when you authorize an accounting firm or a deputy landlord agency to distribute cash management files on your behalf. Please note! You can only enter euro accounts of a company on a power of attorney. In cases involving opening and changing foreign currency accounts, please contact us.

Please note that the process of filling out the form depends on your company's business entity. Read further instructions below.

Instructions for limited liability companies, sole traders, general partnerships and limited partnerships:

Fill in the digital form below with the authorising company’s and the authorised intermediary’s information and select the relevant services. The power of attorney may be filled in either by a representative of the company or the accounting firm to be authorised, for example. 

 

The handling time for the power of attorney is approximately 10 banking days. However, there may sometimes be delays due to our legal obligation to know and identify our customers. So please reserve sufficient time for the updates to be made.

  • First the agreements are sent to the representative of the company for signing in the Company Documents service within about five banking days.
  • The authorised signatories of the company sign the agreements digitally. Please note that the agreements must be signed before the services can be updated.
  • The new services will become available in five banking days after the agreements have been signed or on a later date if requested.

Instructions for registered associations, foundations and housing companies:

  • Fill in the PDF form below with your company’s and the authorised intermediary’s information and select the relevant services.
  • Print out and sign the form.
  • Follow the instructions on the form and send us the signed form and minutes of the changes for updating.

The new service will become available or the requested change to an existing service will enter into force once the bank has updated the information into its systems on the basis of the signed power of attorney.

We aim to open the services within two weeks. However, there may sometimes be delays due to our legal obligation to know and identify our customers. So please reserve sufficient time for the updates to be made.
