Daily banking

Both Nordea Business and Nordea Business Mobile enable you to pay and create bills, adjust the settings of your Business Visa Debit card and block your card. Both versions also allow you to send messages to or chat with our experts and to join booked meetings with our advisers.

We are also close to getting First Card charge cards added to both Nordea Business and Nordea Business Mobile. In the meantime, you can log in to the First Card online service with one click from the online version of Nordea Business.

Activate the Nordea ID app on two devices

The Nordea ID app is a means of identification for banking purposes. We recommend that you download and activate the app on two or more devices. If your primary mobile device breaks down or is lost, you can use a secondary device to activate the Nordea ID app on your new smart device by using a QR code.

Downloading financial statement files

Download the files required for your financial statements in Nordea Business. Downloading the files requires that you have a separate valid agreement allowing you to retrieve the files. Retrieving digital statements directly in Nordea Business is quicker and more affordable than ordering them by post. You can retrieve the monthly statements in Nordea Business at any time of the day. There is no opening fee or monthly fee for the service. You will only pay a service fee set in our tariff for each retrieval.

You can browse Nordea’s products and services without exiting Nordea Business, as we have gathered the extensive material available on the nordea.fi website to the Services tab.

Under the Services tab, you can complete an application for financing or Business Visa Debit, for example, from start to finish. We are actively developing our services to make it possible for you to do even more of your banking easily online.
