What you must do to activate user management

The Manage Users function introduced in Nordea Business gives the administrator appointed by your company the ability to manage Nordea Business users as a self-service. The administrator will be authorised to create and remove users and to assign and edit user-specific authorisations for using Nordea Business. The Manage Users function gives your company a good overview of the people using Nordea Business and their authorisations.

Your company can appoint an administrator through a notification sent to Nordea Business. You must appoint the administrator within 30 days of receiving the notification.

Once an administrator has been appointed, Nordea will send an updated Nordea Business agreement for signing in the Company documents service.  The agreement must be signed by an official representative of your company.
