Change of address

Personal customer

Nordea receives information on changes of address in Finland and abroad directly from the Finnish Population Register Centre, so you do not need to make a separate notification to us. Exceptions are temporary and unlisted addresses, which you have to notify to your bank separately via Omaposti.

For security reasons we cannot register change-of-address notifications on the basis of e-mail messages, messages added to forms and documents or phone calls without identification by access codes.

Corporate customer

The information on changes of address of corporate customers will not be forwarded directly to Nordea, so don't forget to notify your bank separately.

  • Call Nordea Business Centre and identify yourself with your access codes.
  • Go to Netbank, click the Mail link and send us a free-form notification.
  • If you don’t have access codes, make the notification personally at a Nordea branch.

For security reasons we cannot register change-of-address notifications on the basis of e-mail messages, messages added to forms and documents or phone calls without identification by access codes.
