Nordea receives information on changes of address in Finland and abroad directly from the Finnish Population Register Centre, so you do not need to make a separate notification to us. Exceptions are temporary and unlisted addresses, which you have to notify to your bank separately.
You can notify a change of address in the following ways:
- Call Nordea Customer Service and identify yourself with your access codes. Customer Service registers your new address.
- Go to Netbank, click the Mail link and send us a free-form notification.
- If you don’t have access codes, make the notification personally at a Nordea branch.
For security reasons we cannot register change-of-address notifications on the basis of e-mail messages, messages added to forms and documents or phone calls without identification by access codes.
