If you have a Nordea Mastercard Credit or Gold, you may receive a text message to your mobile phone, asking you to confirm that a purchase made with your card is correct. Text messages can also be used to block the card if it is being misused.
Reply to the text message using one of the options given, ie a single letter A or B. To start using the service, no action is required from the cardholder.
Nets Ltd will send the text messages to the phone number stored in its customer register. If your phone number has changed, please call Nordea Card customer service, tel +358 9 6964 6011, Mon– Fri 8.00–20.00. You will be charged the normal price for the reply message.
The SMS service concerns Nordea Credit and Nordea Gold card credits granted by Nordea Bank Abp.
