How to confirm a change to your loan during the loan period
If you have been directed to this page due to a change to your loan during the loan period, you can check and accept or reject the application submitted by the co-borrower below.
If you can’t find the application to be confirmed through the link, check if you can find the link in your loan details in Nordea Mobile or Netbank. If there is no link, you can make a new application by selecting “Manage loan” under your loan details in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
Ongoing technical transition
We are currently developing the technology used in processing requests for changes to loans in order to serve our customers even better. During the transition phase we will process some applications in our old system and others in the new one.
- Applications involving two borrowers submitted through the old system can be confirmed through the above link on this page. The link will work until 28 February 2026.
- Applications submitted through the new system can be confirmed directly in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
Nordea access codes
If you don’t have Nordea access codes yet, you can use the above link to confirm an application with your online banking credentials from another Finnish bank until 28 February 2026. If you want to apply for a change and confirm your application after this date, you will need to do it with Nordea access codes in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
You can get Nordea access codes easily by signing up as a Nordea customer in our online service. If you want to make changes to your loan using your online banking credentials from another Finnish bank, you will only be able to do so by contacting us.
