Nordea’s digital account opening service in Finland meets partially the accessibility requirements. The target is to have the identified gaps fixed during 2022.  This statement will be updated as issues are resolved.

The service is not yet fully compliant with the requirements in the following identified areas.

1.3.1 Info and Relationships:

  • Instructions with icon “question mark” are not readable/accessible (all pages).

Operable

2.1.1 Keyboard: 

  • Some header elements and links are not accessible using keyboard.

Understandable

3.2.1 On Focus:

  • Unclear focus when on expandable elements with “down-arrow” or “on/off-swich” (all pages)
