Accessibility statement for the Omaposti service in Finland

This accessibility statement applies to the Omaposti service in Finland and it was prepared on 24 November 2020. The accessibility of the service has been assessed by Nordea itself.

Accessibility of the digital service

Nordea’s  Omaposti service in Finland meets  the accessibility requirements to a large extent. The target is to have the identified gaps fixed during 2021.

Inaccessible content in the digital service

Two gaps were identified during the analysis:

Perceivable 

1.4.3 Contrast: Text has sufficient colour contrast with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 (Web).

When there is a draft text for a message on the light blue background the contrast ratio is not sufficient. 

Operable 

2.1.1 Keyboard accessibility: all interactions can be accessed using a keyboard (Web).

It is, however, not possible to add an attachment to a message using a keyboard.
