Perceivable

1.1.1 Non-text content, provide text alternatives for non-text content: 

  • The pictures for ID/driving license there should be alternative text with the information which are marked on the picture.

1.3.1 Info and Relationships:

  • Input field has no description.
  • Select box has no description.
  • Element ID is not unique.
  • AI-ARIA group is missing a name.

1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): 

  • Some elements, buttons and textboxes, do not have sufficient color contrast. 
  • Color contrast is insufficient, the color of the text and the color of the background are not in sufficient contrast to each other.

Operable

2.1.1 Keyboard: 

  • Some buttons and the selections are not available from keyboard.

2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap: 

  •  Focus can be moved away from a modal using keyboard or when operating a screen reader.

2.2.1 Timing adjustable: 

  • Customer should see pop-up message that the session will be closed, and have option to accept or keep the session.

2.4.6 Headings and Labels: 

  • Form control label is missing text.
