Do Nordea Mobile and Netbank offer the same features as Nordea Investor?

Most of our investment services are available in the “Savings and investments” section in Nordea Mobile and Netbank. Some of the least popular features have been left out. As an example, technical analysis can no longer be applied to charts, and it is not possible to personalise your view.  

We have introduced several new features such as replying to company events and access to dividend information for recent years. Having our banking services in one place allows us to develop these platforms faster and better meet our customers’ wishes.

Where can I set or edit alerts and notes?

You can create and edit investment alerts in Nordea Mobile and Netbank under Savings and investments. Select “Investment alerts” and then “New alert” or “Manage alerts”. You can see your active and triggered alerts on the same page. You will receive push notifications about the alerts on your mobile device. Unfortunately, there is no alert function in Nordea Business. 

Please note that any notes you have created in Nordea Investor have not been moved to Nordea Mobile and Netbank, and you will not be able to create new notes.

When will my session be timed out?

The “Savings and investments” section in Nordea Netbank has a delayed timeout. It lets you take your time to manage your investments, as you will automatically remain logged in for 30 minutes. Elsewhere in Nordea Netbank you will be automatically logged out after five minutes of inactivity. 

The delayed timeout is not available in Nordea Mobile. If you want to have a delayed timeout on your mobile device, you can log into Nordea Netbank by typing nordea.fi in your web browser and selecting “Log in”. However, we do not recommend this as it will affect the usability of Netbank.

Can I submit an investment order without additional authentication?

You can submit an investment order in Nordea Netbank without additional authentication if you have activated this setting in Nordea Investor or Nordea Netbank. This feature is not available in Nordea Mobile.

In Nordea Netbank, open the menu under your name and select “Access and identification”. Then select “Confirmation settings”. Under “Confirmation of investment orders”, you can select whether you want the app to ask for additional authentication when you make investment orders.

Where can I find real-time (streaming) quotes?

Free real-time snapshot quotes from Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo are available in Nordea Mobile and Netbank. Real-time snapshot quotes from the US are offered as an add-on service for 2 euros per month. Quotes are updated when you manually refresh the page.
