You can easily do most of your banking in Nordea Mobile and Netbank but if you need support with something, our experts are just a phone call away.

When you call our Premium Customer Service during the day on weekdays, your call will be answered by one of our dedicated Premium Customer advisers. The easiest way to reach our Premium Customer Service is to call from our mobile banking app. In Nordea Mobile, go to the Help tab and select ‘Call customer service’. When you call from the app, your identity is already verified.

Alternatively, you can call us on 0200 70 000 (local rates apply). You will be directed to our Premium Customer Service after you verify your identity with your Nordea access codes at the start of the call. 

In the call, you can bring up any topics related to your banking that you would like to discuss. As an example, we can see to it that your entire family has all the banking services they need. We would also be happy to discuss whether your wealth management plan is up to date. If you need to further discuss something with your wealth adviser or our Premium financing team, we can book you a separate meeting with them. 

Our Premium Customer Service can help you with the following:

  • debit and credit cards, including ordering a new card or parallel cards and managing your cards

  • credit transfers and investigating account transactions

  • support with using Nordea Mobile and Netbank and the Nordea ID app

  • investigating credit transactions

  • banking services for minors
