This accessibility statement applies to eCustody “New” in Finland and was updated on 17.12.2020. The service is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services. The accessibility of the service has been assessed by Nordea.

Accessibility status of the digital service

Nordea eCustody “New” partially meets the accessibility requirements. The target is to ongoing close the identified gaps with normal updates of the service, unless otherwise stated below.

Inaccessible content of the digital service

The service is not yet fully compliant in the following identified areas:

Perceivable   

1.3.1 Info and relationships (A), Logical structure: 

  • Some forms visually presents labels for form controls but assistive technology may not be able to determine which label goes with which control.

1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence (A), Present content in a meaningful order: 

  • Web page tags may contain errors and hence not present the content in a meaningful order.

1.3.3 Sensory Characteristics (A), Use more than one sense for instructions: 

  • Some fields and operations are missing explanatory text.

1.3.4 Orientation (AA), Content can be display in portrait and landscape orientation: 

  • Content does not restrict its view and operation to a single display orientation, such as portrait or landscape.

1.4.1 Use of Colour (A):

  • Some elements might lack additional information besides colour.

1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (AA), Contrast ratio between text and background is at least 4.5:1:

  • Contrast ratio between text and background may not be at least 4.5:1. 

1.4.4 Resize text (AA), Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function:

  • Changing size of text may cause content being obscured. 

1.4.10 Reflow (WCAG 2.1) (AA) User must be able to browse a website using a 320 pixel wide screen without having to scroll horizontally:

  • Some content requires scrolling to access when browsing the web pages using a 320 pixel wide screen. 

1.4.11 Non-Text Contrast (WCAG 2.1) (AA), Extend color contrast of at least 3:1 to non-text content such as infographics, diagrams, states, etc.:

  • Contrast ratio may not be at least 3:1. 

1.4.12 Text Spacing  (WCAG 2.1) (AA), Changing text style properties shouldn't break the page (line height, spacing after paragraph, letter spacing, word spacing):

  • Changing text spacing may cause overlapping text or loosing part of the information.

1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus (WCAG 2.1) (AA), Elements that are being shown on focus or hover (skip navigation, tooltip) should be dismissible(Esc), hoverable, persistent:

  • Some elements may not support this.

Operable

2.1.1 Keyboard (A), Accessible by keyboard only: 

  • Application is partly operable from the keyboard. Some unreachable elements makes certain functionalities difficult to access.

2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (A), Don’t trap keyboard users: 

  • Focus can be moved away from a module using a keyboard or when operating a screen reader.

2.2.1 Timing Adjustable (A), Time limits have user controls: 

  • Some elements may not support this.

2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (A), Provide a ‘Skip to Content’ link: 

  • Some elements may not support this.

2.4.2 Page Titled (A), Use helpful and clear page titles: 

  • Some pages may not have titles that describe topic or purpose.

  • It is not possible to use tab to access all logical sequential content when filling out forms.
