Nordea’s Become a customer online service in Finland meets partially the accessibility requirements. The target is to have the identified gaps fixed during 2022, unless otherwise stated below.  This statement will be updated as issues are resolved.

Inaccessible content in the digital service

The service is not yet fully compliant with the requirements in the following identified areas.


1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): some elements, buttons and textboxes do not have sufficient colour contrast.


2.2.1 Timing adjustable : customer should see a pop-up message that the session will be closed, and have option to accept or keep the session
