Mobile Plus and Basic

The services included in the packages enable you to manage your most common banking matters whenever it suits you the best. 

• If you are using Nordea Mobile, you will automatically be signed up for the Mobile Plus package when you have an account and a card in addition to the mobile bank. 
• If you are using Nordea Netbank, you will automatically be signed up for the Basic package when you have an account and a card in addition to Netbank.  
  
• If you are not using Nordea Mobile or Nordea Netbank or any account or card, you will pay for each service in accordance with our service-specific tariff.  

The cards included in the package are Nordea Gold, Nordea Credit and Nordea Debit. Services not included in the package are subject to our tariff. 

The bank has the right to change the content and price of the Mobile Plus and Basic packages when it notifies the customers of this in advance. The package is available as long as the customer uses the products required by the package. If any of the services mentioned in the package requirements is excluded, each service in use is charged separately. The youth discount on the Mobile Plus and Basic packages will end when the customer turns 26 and the discount for university students will end when the student turns 31.  

If you are not using a package

It is also possible to sign up for individual services, in which case we will apply service-specific fees in accordance with our tariff. We will be happy to advise you on matters related to opening services.
