A package refers to a set of daily services

The services included in the packages enable you to manage your most common banking matters whenever it suits you the best. 

  • If you are using Nordea Mobile, you will automatically be signed up for the Mobile Plus package when you have an account and a card in addition to the mobile bank. 
  • If you are using Nordea Netbank, you will automatically be signed up for the Basic package when you have an account and a card in addition to Netbank.  
  • If you are not using Nordea Mobile or Nordea Netbank or any account or card, you will pay for each service in accordance with our service-specific tariff.

The requirement is that you are using mobile bank and have an account and a card. The Mobile Plus package includes current accounts, access codes and 1–2 of the following cards: Nordea Gold, Nordea Credit or Nordea Debit. 

The Mobile Plus package also includes the use of Netbank.

The requirement is that you are using Netbank and have an account and a card. The Basic package includes current accounts, access codes and 1–2 of the following cards: Nordea Gold, Nordea Credit or Nordea Debit.

The cards included in the package are Nordea Gold, Nordea Credit and Nordea Debit. Services not included in the package are subject to our tariff. 

We have the right to change the content and price of the Mobile Plus and Basic packages as long as we inform you of this in advance. The package is available as long as you use the products required by the package. If any of the services mentioned in the package requirements is excluded, each service in use is charged separately. The youth discount on the Mobile Plus and Basic packages will end when you turn 26.

You can also sign up for individual services, in which case we will apply service-specific fees set in our tariff.

  • Current account 2,40 € per month and per account
  • Access codes 3,00 € per month
  • Nordea Gold 2,50 € per month and per card
  • Nordea Debit 2,50 € per month and per card
  • Nordea Credit 2,50 € per month and per card

Questions and answers

Can I still use Netbank if I have the Mobile Plus package?

Yes, you can. You can use Netbank quite normally alongside Mobile Bank without an additional fee.

I have two current accounts. Am I charged a separate fee for the other account?

All your current accounts are included in the package and you are not charged a separate fee for the other account. Savings accounts (PerkAccount, for example) continue to be available free of charge.

The Mobile Plus package requires me to use the mobile bank. What does it mean in practice?

You will automatically be signed up for the Mobile Plus package when you have an account, a card and access codes and are using the mobile bank. 

You are considered a mobile bank user if you have downloaded the mobile bank app (Nordea Mobile) on your phone or tablet and you have used it at least once. 

The mobile bank ensures safe banking anywhere and anytime.
