How to edit your FlexiCredit settings

You can now edit your FlexiCredit settings, such as instalment-free months, due date and repayment percentage, in Nordea Mobile.

How to make changes

Editing your settings in Nordea Mobile is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below.

Open Nordea Mobile and go to “Overview” at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Loans"
Select your FlexiCredit to edit the settings.
Tap “Apply for a change”.
You can now edit the instalment percentage*, instalment-free months and the due date of your loan. You can edit all three features at once or just one of them.
Once you have made the changes, tap “Confirm” and enter your PIN in the Nordea Codes app.
The changes are now confirmed.

Please note that the instalment-free months cannot be consecutive months. The minimum monthly instalment is 2%.

Please make sure you have updated your Nordea Mobile app to the latest version to enjoy all the new features.

These changes are free of charge.

*Reductions of the instalment percentage are subject a fee set in our tariff (5.00 euros).
