1. Book an appointment with a physician

  • Book an appointment directly with the physician you want. You don’t need to contact the insurance company at this point. 
  • We recommend you use the services of our partner Terveystalo. The easiest way to book an appointment is to use Terveystalo’s online servicesOpens new window
  • You can book either a physical or remote appointment. 
  • Pay the appointment after you have visited the physician.

2. Make a claim online

  • After you have seen the physician, fill in our claim form online.
  • Log in to Nordea’s Insurance self-serviceOpens new window. (in Finnish)
  • Fill in the digital claim form under ‘Korvaushakemukset’ in the details of your MyLife insurance.
  • When you fill in the form, you need to have the information about your medical expenses at hand.

3. Payment of the compensation

  • Once we have processed your claim, we will send our decision to you in Nordea Omaposti and pay the compensation to the account you have stated.
