Before our next meeting, send us the following documents:

• the home marketing brochure available from the real estate agent
• the property manager’s certificate – when you are buying shares in a housing company
• the certificate of title and certificate of mortgages and encumbrances – when you are buying a real property
• the form ‘Information on the pledger and pledge’ if you will have additional collateral in your loan.

Attach the details of the home you’re planning to buy to a message you send from the Help section in Nordea Mobile or Netbank, or if you’re not our customer yet, from the Omaposti mailbox.
