How to set up Nordea Mobile for the first time

The latest Nordea Mobile release version is 4.25

We have a new update ready for you.

  • Introducing Financial health check to you on Insights tab.
  • New design for the cross border payments for you.
  • Improvements for the card list for you.
  • Your account interests can be checked on their own entry point in the account section.
  • Including RF reference formats in domestic payments for you.
  • You can edit your Investment Order Confirmation preference according to your liking.

How to check that you have the latest version of the app

  • If you are already using Nordea Mobile and have enabled automatic updates, you don’t need to do anything. 
  • If you are using Nordea Mobile but haven’t enabled automatic updates, update the app in your device’s app store.
  • If you don’t have the Nordea Mobile app, you can download it from your device’s app store.

If you can’t find the app in your device’s app store, it may be because your device doesn’t support the app. For security reasons, the app requires a device running iOS 15 or higher or Android 9.0 or higher. Unfortunately, if your device does not support this, the mobile banking app will not be available to you. You’ll still be able to log in to Nordea Netbank via your device’s browser.

Our financial health check tool is designed to help you manage your money and give you a better overview of your finances.

By answering a few questions, you will get suggestions that are designed to help you improve your financial situation in the short and long term. As an example, it can offer you a systematic approach to building additional savings that can help you make your future dreams come true.

In the financial health check tool, we will ask you questions about various aspects of personal finances, including your monthly income, monthly savings, consumer credit, life insurance, long-term saving and any large upcoming expenses. 

How to do the financial health check: 

  1. Open Nordea Mobile (app version 4.25 or newer) and go to the Insights tab. Scroll down the page to find the financial health check. 
  2. After answering the questions, you will get suggestions that could help you improve your financial health. 
  3. If your circumstances change, you can update your answers at any time.
