The renewed Siirto is here
Siirto is a Finnish payment service that you can now find in your mobile bank. With Siirto, you can send, request and receive money in seconds using only a phone number. You can also receive e‑invoices conveniently directly in your mobile bank, without setting up a separate e‑invoice order.
How do I start using Siirto?
Activate Siirto from the Overview tab in your mobile bank. Then confirm your phone number and choose the account you want to link to the service. Done – you’re ready to make your first Siirto
Previous changes
Navigation and appearance:
- We have introduced a new “Invest” tab to the Nordea Mobile app, giving you quick access to your savings and investments. The new tab lets you manage your investments using familiar tools, track their performance and discover new investment opportunities. Getting started with investing will also be easier than ever.
The Profile section – previously on its own tab – has been moved to the top right corner of the home screen (the Overview tab), behind the profile icon. You’ll still be able to easily find your documents and contact details there, as well as manage app settings, notifications and consents, and log out of the app.
Overview:
- In the “Accounts and cards” section, you can see all your products grouped clearly, and there won’t be any restrictions on the number of products shown.
- Under “Loans”, you will see all your loans, arranged by loan type.
New features:
- On the “Help” tab, you can easily cancel a prearranged meeting with one of our advisers.
- We have made it easier to manage payment cards – for example, you can close a card permanently through the card’s security settings.
- You can dispute transactions directly in the app.
- Making transfers from another bank to your Nordea account is now easier, as the feature has been added to the quick actions.
We have made all of these changes to improve your banking experience and allow you to use the app more smoothly.
