Choose this if you need to verify your identity in Nordea Netbank and you don’t have a smartphone, or if you have difficulty using a smartphone and its apps. Learn more about the Nordea ID device - Nordea ID Talk Device
Choose this if you need a voice-guided method of identification with audio feedback for verifying your identity in Nordea Netbank or you need audio support to use the device. In addition, if you need the device to enable a delay after buttons are pressed, for example for users with hand tremors, this option is suitable for you.

The delivery of the new Nordea ID Talk Devices is delayed and will commence in the summer of 2026. We will post instructions for activating the device on this page before the deliveries begin.
