Which Nordic-focused fund offers the lowest costs on the market?

The lowest-cost Nordic fund on the market is the Nordea Nordic Index Select Fund. Nordic funds registered in Finland. Fund Report 4/2026 – Nordic equity funds. Investment Research Finland. The fund’s management fee is 0% until the end of 2027. From 1 January 2028, the management fee will still be very competitive at 0.19%.

Are there any situations where I could incur costs if I invest in this fund?

You pay no management fee for the fund until the end of 2027. The only cost associated with the fund is an annual transaction fee of approximately 0.03%. The transaction fee is an estimated percentage of the value of the investment on an annual basis. It reflects the costs of buying and selling the underlying assets in the fund. The actual fee varies depending on how actively the fund trades in its assets.

Until 31 December 2027, the fund’s management fee is 0%, and you also pay no subscription or redemption fees when placing orders via Nordea Mobile or Netbank. From the beginning of 2028, the management fee will still be very competitive at 0.19%.

How does the new Nordic fund compare with traditional index funds in terms of costs?

The Nordea Nordic Index Select Fund is more affordable than traditional index funds in general. You can invest in this fund with no management fee until the end of 2027, whereas traditional index funds typically charge an annual management fee of around 0.2–0.4%.
