We have made an example calculation that shows how a 35-year-old Value Customer can save more than 800 euros per year with our customer benefits.

The customer has a Gold package with Nordea Gold and Nordea Debit cards, a current account and online banking credentials. The customer gets the package price, as they use Nordea Mobile and have their salary paid into their Nordea account.

Nordea Gold includes travel insurance for trips abroad, which means that the customer can cancel their previous travel insurance, which cost 80 euros per year. Thanks to the cashback benefit included with the Nordea Gold card, they’ll also earn 80 euros per year back when they spend an average of 1,333 euros per month on their credit card.

The customer lives in a single-family house and their If home insurance policy costs 500 euros per year. The customer has taken out a life insurance policy for 100,000 euros, a critical illness insurance policy for 50,000 euros and a permanent disability insurance policy for 50,000 euros. The customer has a home loan and pays their insurance premiums in connection with their loan repayments.

• The discount on If home insurance policies applies to all Nordea customers. If's insurance policies are issued by If P&C Insurance Ltd (publ), branch in Finland, for which Nordea Bank Abp acts as an agent.
• The 20% discount on Nordea MyLife personal insurance policies applies to customers who have a loan from Nordea and pay their insurance premiums together with their loan instalment. The insurance policies are provided by Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd or Nordea Insurance Finland Ltd, for which Nordea Bank Abp acts as an agent.
• The margin discount for FlexiCredit is calculated for the first 12 months. The example uses a loan amount of 10,000 euros, a monthly payment of 250 euros and a 3-month Euribor rate of 2.2%.
