How to contact us

See the details of your home loan in Nordea Mobile and Netbank

You can see the reference rate, the start and end date of your interest rate period and the amount of FlexiPayment you have available.

  • In Nordea Mobile, you can check your loan details by going to the Overview page and selecting Loans. 
  • In Nordea Netbank, your home loan details are available on the Finances tab, under Loans.

Your first monthly payment may differ from what was agreed

The first monthly payment on a home loan may be larger than normal if you have to pay interest for more than one month. 

  • For example, you may have to pay interest for 1.5 months if you draw down your loan on 16 August but make the first payment on 1 October.

Tip: You will see the Next payment button under your loan details in Nordea Mobile and Netbank two weeks before the monthly payment due date. By pressing this button, you will see a more detailed breakdown of your monthly payment.

Our home loan provides a lot of flexibility and also gives you access to many valuable benefits if you choose us for all your banking needs. 

For example, you get daily banking services at an affordable package price if you use Nordea Mobile and have a current account and one card included in the package, and your regular income is paid to your Nordea account.

You qualify either as a Value Customer or a Premium Customer depending on your loan amount and how much you bank with us.

Take advantage of the flexible features of your home loan

Home loans are usually repaid over a long period of time – sometimes up to 30 years. While you have a loan, your circumstances may change one way or the other, but you can take advantage of the flexible features of your home loan.

Note that FlexiPayment is not available for loans that have a state guarantee, an interest subsidy or a fixed interest rate.

Use the unique FlexiPayment feature

Apply for changing your repayment schedule

You can apply for changes to your home loan repayment schedule if you plan to take a longer payment holiday or to change the repayment method of your home loan, for instance.

Free payment holiday for people on parental leave

You can get a payment holiday of up to six months free of charge if you apply for one when you’re on parental leave. During the payment holiday, you only pay interest and expenses on your home loan.

How to make an extra repayment

If you want to make an extra repayment on your loan, FlexiPayment allows you to do so easily. Log in to Nordea Mobile or Netbank, where you can adjust your due payment to the amount you want to pay.
