Why did I receive an annual cost and charges statement for my investments?

You received it because you have had investments with Nordea last year. The statement gives you an overview of the costs of your investments for the past year summarised on a single statement.

Do I need to do anything?

We send this statement for your information, and it does not require any action of you. It is not meant for bookkeeping purposes or matters related to your taxation.

Where can I find the statement?

You can find the statements for last year and all the previous years in Nordea Mobile under Profile > Documents > Archive, or in Nordea Netbank under your name > Documents > Documents > Archive. The first annual statement was produced in 2019 for the year 2018. 

If you don’t have access to Netbank or are a business customer, we will send the statement to you by mail. 

What does the statement comprise?

The costs and charges statement is an overview of the total costs on your fund investments and direct investments for the past calendar year. The statement includes your fund investments and direct investments, which comprise shares, bonds and structured products.
