Premium benefits for your family

As a Nordea Premium customer, you can include your spouse and minor children in your family connection, giving them access to the same Premium benefits as you.

Our Premium Customers’ benefits include:

How to extend your Premium benefits to your family

You can include family members who belong to your household, such as your spouse and your minor children, in your family connection. Please note that both adults need to submit a separate application.

How to add members to your family connection:

  1. Go to the Messages section in Nordea Mobile or Netbank. 
  2. Send us a new message. Select “Nordea Family” as the topic and “Add family” as the subject.

Log in directly to the application and request to add family members

You will receive a confirmation message in Nordea Mobile and Netbank once your family connection has been established. Your family members will then become Premium customers and gain access to Premium benefits.

Note:

  • All family members must be Nordea customers.
  • Benefits for minors are valid until the child turns 18.
  • If you wish to discontinue the family group, you can do this in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
  • If you wish to make changes to the family connection, you need to submit a new application and include all family members. This applies, for example, if you have a new child and you want to add them to the family connection.
