You can include family members who belong to your household, such as your spouse and your minor children, in your family connection. Please note that both adults need to submit a separate application.
How to add members to your family connection:
- Go to the Messages section in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
- Send us a new message. Select “Nordea Family” as the topic and “Add family” as the subject.
Log in directly to the application and request to add family members
You will receive a confirmation message in Nordea Mobile and Netbank once your family connection has been established. Your family members will then become Premium customers and gain access to Premium benefits.
Note:
- All family members must be Nordea customers.
- Benefits for minors are valid until the child turns 18.
- If you wish to discontinue the family group, you can do this in Nordea Mobile or Netbank.
- If you wish to make changes to the family connection, you need to submit a new application and include all family members. This applies, for example, if you have a new child and you want to add them to the family connection.
