We will update our general account terms and conditions as of 1 June 2024 to reflect the current global environment better, to detect and prevent misuse related to accounts and payments earlier and to improve our ability to react to the demands of international economic sanctions.

Updates to our general payment terms and conditions

To ensure your payments are always protected, we will update our general terms and conditions for euro-denominated payments transmitted within the Single Euro Payments Area and our general terms and conditions for outgoing and incoming currency payments. Information about any currency and country restrictions will be published on our website or in the digital channel you use. These terms and conditions are applicable to both private and corporate accounts.

Updates to corporate terms and conditions

We are updating the terms and conditions to reflect the current global environment better. 

Terms and conditions of corporate customers

Updated terms and conditions will enter into force automatically

If you accept the new terms and conditions which will enter into force on 1 June 2024, you don’t need to do anything. If you don’t accept the new terms and conditions, let us know no later than on 1 June 2024 that you want to terminate the relevant services. To do this, contact us via the chat in Nordea Mobile or Netbank under ‘Help’. Our chat is open Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00. Alternatively, you can call us on 0200 70 000, Mon–Fri 8.00–18.00 (local rates apply).

Parents or guardians can close a minor's account by calling us on 0200 70 000 (local rates apply). Closing requires that both parents or guardians contact us together or separately. If you are under 18 but have opened your account yourself, you can close your account by calling us.
