Change in company’s contact details

With this request form, you can change your company’s contact details in Nordea’s systems.

Depending on the form of the company, the request for a change will be sent for confirmation to the Company documents serviceOpens new window or the personal Nordea OmapostiOpens new window account of the company’s representative. You will receive a text message about this.

The requested change of details will be completed within 5 banking days after the request has arrived or the representative has confirmed the change.

Please note that if you have been asked to update your company’s customer information, you must do it hereOpens new window.

We cannot implement changes to the information of a dissolved company with this form. To handle the matter, please call Nordea Business Centre at 0200 26262 (local rates apply).

You will receive a confirmation by text message when we have updated the address in our system.

Please note that the company's representative must electronically confirm the change before it will be implemented. The confirmation request for the change will be sent to the Company documents service (excl. certain company forms) as soon as possible after processing this form.
