- What kind of corporate cards does Nordea offer to companies?
Nordea’s corporate card selection includes Business Visa Debit card and First Card, which is a charge card.
Business Visa Debit card features:
- an international card for paying purchases and withdrawing cash from an account
- the card can also be used for making online purchases and can be added to Apple or Google Pay.
- the cardholder must be authorised to use the account. The card is personal and only the cardholder can use it.

First Card features:
- all purchases and withdrawals are on a monthly consolidated invoice
- no invoicing fee. The average payment period is 30 days
- a travel account and supplementary travel insurance
- can be added to Apple and Google Pay

- Can a company get a card for making cash deposits?
A Business Deposit Card allows you to deposit euro sums in cash onto your company’s Nordea account at every TalletusOtto and OttoPlus ATM run by Automatia Oy in Finland.
- A Business Deposit Card can only be used in Finland.
- A cardholder can deposit cash by entering their card into the card slot at an ATM and entering their personal PIN.
- It is not possible to choose your own PIN, as the PIN is always sent to you by post (no PINs by SMS).
- The card cannot be used for anything other than making deposits.
- The cardholder’s name is not shown on the card in the same way as in payment cards. The cardholder may only give the card to persons they know, and they are obliged to provide the details of any other person making deposits with their card to Nordea, if such details are requested.
- The card is valid for 5 years.

- How do I make a card claim?
You can make a card claim by filling in the appropriate form on our Nordea.fi website.Opens new window Please read the instructions carefully and attach the necessary attachments to your claim. If you need to attach a report to the police to your claim, please file one in person at the police station or on the police website.

- How do I log in to the Nordea Business Mastercard (NBMC) online service?
The card transactions on a Business Mastercard can be tracked by the cardholder in the NBMC online service if your company receives individual invoices for every credit card.
You must log in to the service with your personal Nordea online access codes (not your company’s codes).
The NBMC online service allows you to:
- track your invoiced and uninvoiced card transactions
- retrieve invoices from the invoice archive
- export transactions to Excel (for example, to create a travel invoice)
- search transactions by line of business and/or for specific periods
- print receipts of transactions
- update your personal information
- contact customer service for corporate cards securely through customer mail

- How can I confirm my online purchases made with Nordea Business Mastercard?
When a card is used to pay online, the cardholder’s identity is strongly authenticated. At Nordea, strong authentication means using the code app or code calculator, which ensure that paying with a card is more secure than ever before. Even if you’re not a Nordea customer, you can obtain our code app for authenticating your identity when making card payments online.
- How can I change the address for my Nordea Business Mastercard invoices?
You can change the invoicing address for your Nordea Business Mastercard by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262Opens new window (local rates apply), Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. You can also notify us of a new invoicing address by sending us a message through the Omaposti channel of the person authorised to sign for the company.
- The PIN for my Business Visa Debit card has not arrived yet. What should I do?
You can check the PIN for your Business Visa Debit card through your personal Netbank under: Cards > Business Visa Debit > View PIN code. - The PIN for my Business Visa Debit card is locked. How can I unlock it?

- I suspect my card has been misused. What should I do?

- How can I change the restrictions on card use abroad?
If you are the cardholder, you can change the restrictions on using your Business Visa Debit card abroad through your personal Netbank under: Cards > Business Visa Debit > Usage area. If you do not have personal online banking access codes with Nordea, you can change the restrictions on using the card abroad by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30.
- Where can I change the online use settings for my card?
Enable online payments for your Business Visa Debit card and you can start shopping online. It’s free-of-charge and you can do it yourself:
- in mobile bank under your card settings
- in Netbank under “Cards”
- in Nordea Business
- by calling Nordea Customer Service and identifying yourself with your online access codes

Your card will be renewed automatically and it will be delivered to you during the last month your existing card is valid.
- Why can I not see some corporate cards in my company’s Netbank?
A Business Visa Debit card is shown in the cardholder’s personal Netbank.

To log in to the service on the nordea.fi website, navigate to Business > Our services > Accounts and payments > Corporate cards > Nordea Business Mastercard, where you will find the link to the online service under the ‘Online services for cardholders’ heading. - How long does it take to deliver a card?
Your card will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your order. The card and the PIN will be delivered in a matter separately agreed on.
A Business Visa Debit card will be shown in the cardholder’s Netbank once the bank has given the card to Posti for delivery.
