You need to have:

1. Online banking credentials from a Finnish bank
2. The right to sign for the company
3. The personal details and contact information of the company's other representative, if signing rights are jointly held with another person
4. The personal details and contact information of the beneficial owners
5. Shareholder register or ownership chart
6. Up-to-date beneficial ownership information in the beneficial ownership register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office
