  • To trade in any listed instruments, a company must open a book-entry account in its name. If the information on your company’s line of business in the Finnish Trade Register does not include investment operations, your company’s representative must deliver us the signed minutes of the board meeting in which the decision to open a book-entry account was made.
  • Depending on your company’s signature rules and company form, we may also need the minutes of the board meeting in which the decision to open a fund portfolio was made (note that these minutes are always required from registered associations and housing companies).
  • You can send us the minutes via Nordea Omaposti. To trade in listed instruments, your company also needs a valid Legal Entity Identifier (LEI). Read more about LEI. After your company has acquired the LEI, call Nordea Business Centre (0200 26262, local rates apply) to open the book-entry account.
