Company details

By completing this form, you can request to close a corporate account or to end your customer relationship with us. 

Once you have filled in the form, we will ask you to sign a confirmation in our ‘Company documents’ service.  

You can access the ‘Company documents’ service by logging in with your personal online banking credentials. We will close the account and terminate any services linked to it within 5 banking days of the date on which the confirmation was signed.

You cannot use this form to close an account. To close a housing company’s account, a representative of the company must:

send us signed minutes from the board meeting in which the decision to close the account was taken, including the details of another account you would like to transfer the funds to. If the housing company’s information in the Trade Register is not up to date, you will need to provide us with the minutes from the annual general meeting in which the election of the current Board of Directors was confirmed. You can submit the minutes via Nordea Omaposti to complete your request.

 

You cannot use this form to close an account. To close a registered association’s account, a representative of the association must:

send us signed minutes from the Executive Committee’s meeting in which the decision to close the account was taken, including the details of another account you would like to transfer the funds to. If the association’s information in the Register of Associations is not up to date, you will need to provide us with the minutes from the meeting (such as the association’s annual meeting) in which the election of the current Executive Committee was confirmed. You can submit the minutes via Nordea Omaposti to complete your request.

Request details

  • If your company only has one account and you want to close it, please select that you want to end the customer relationship
  • Please note that when you close an account, any services linked to it will also be terminated.
  • If you want to close a pledge account, please call Nordea Business Center, tel 0200 26262Opens new window (local rates apply), for further assistance.
  • If you choose to end the customer relationship, the company’s accounts will be closed and payment services terminated. If you have other services with us besides accounts and payment services, see below how you can terminate them.
  • Before you end the customer relationship, please make sure that you have downloaded all the documents you need, including balance statements, reference files and e-invoices.
  • We will send your final balance statement by post to the address we have for the company.

If you have used your overdraft facility, you need to repay the overdraft before you can request to terminate your services. 

You need to repay your loans with Nordea before you can terminate your services. 

You need to redeem or transfer your investments with Nordea before you can terminate your services. 

Please let us know if you want to terminate your insurance policy. A representative of the company can do this by sending us a message through Nordea Omaposti.

You cannot use this form to withdraw funds from your pension insurance. For more information, please visit our website.

In case we need more information from you, let us know below when would be a good time to contact you. 

If we don’t need more information from you, you will receive the agreement on ending your customer relationship or closing the account for signing in our ‘Company documents’ service.
