1. How do I get a liability and security statement for my book-keeping?

We can open our e-liability and security service so that you will be able to print the liability and security itemisations directly from Netbank for your financial statements. You can retrieve the itemisations for each month in Netbank and also in arrears during 18 months. The service will be available to your once you have concluded an agreement on it with us. No monthly user fee is charged for the service. You can leave a request for opening the service by sending us a message via Nordea’s Netbank or by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30.

You can also order the itemisations to be sent by post by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. The delivery time is approximately 12 banking days.

2. I need a balance statement for x (date).

You can retrieve and print an electronic balance statement, i.e. an e-statement, on your company’s accounts directly in Netbank. The company’s deposit accounts with Nordea Bank Abp are shown on the statement. The e-balance statement compiles the balances and interests carried forward of accounts and overdraft facilities on the last day of the month.

The e-balance statement is an additional service which you can attach to your Netbank agreement under Accounts in Netbank. You can start using the service once you have approved the terms and conditions of the service on the opening screen of the service. It is possible to retrieve statements 18 months in the past. The price of the service is 7 euros per retrieval. No separate monthly fee is charged for the service, but the price of the balance statement is charged for retrieved balance statements only.

The e-balance statement available through Netbank has the same information as the bank’s paper statement. You get the paper statement by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. The delivery time is approximately 12 banking days.

3. Where can I order a securities statement?

A securities statement is delivered to companies automatically at the turn of the year. You can also order the securities statement by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30.

4. Can I obtain the financial statement files via email?

If you are authorised to sign for your company, you can order the financial statements files to your email by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. Please have your personal online banking codes at hand when calling.

5. How much do the financial statements files cost?

When your business / entity deals with a bank, we need to identify the company / community representative with personal bank IDs. If more than one person is allowed to represent your company / association, the bank will need the confirmation and consent from all representatives of the community in dealing with the bank.
