Frequently asked questions Nordea Business netbank & Mobile Bank

You can open online banking services for your company on the phone if you are authorised to represent your company and you have personal online banking access codes. Please call Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30.

We always recommend logging in through the Nordea.fi website, under Log in > Corporate customer’s Netbank. If you are using a mobile device, please also download the Nordea Business FI app, which is intended for corporate customers. 

If you’re still having problems with logging in, please call Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. Please note that you must verify your identity with your personal online access codes when calling.

If you get a white/blank page when using Nordea's digital services

• update official antivirus & private browsing solution to the latest version
• make sure that Nordea's websites are allowed in antivirus & private browsing solution ("whitelisted")

Nordea Business is being developed continuously but, for the time being, some of the current functionalities are only available in Corporate Classic Netbank, which you can access directly from the Overview page in Nordea Business. All of our services will be included in Nordea Business during the summer of 2020.

You can find your account statements in Nordea Business on the Documents page under the Finances tab.

Electronic account statements can be retrieved in Nordea Business Netbank for 18 months.

Older account statements can be reordered here.

There is no maximum daily payment limit in Nordea Business.

You can print out a transaction recorded on your account in Nordea Business by going to the Finances tab and selecting Accounts & Transactions. Select the account, then the transaction you want to print out and click Print on the pop-up window that appears.

If you are the representative of your company, you can unlock Nordea Business by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262 (Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30) and identifying yourself with your personal online access codes during the call. However, Nordea Business will be unlocked automatically on the following banking day.

It is not possible to make instant credit transfers in Nordea Business. If you are the representative of your company, you can make an instant credit transfer from your company’s account by calling Nordea Business Centre, tel. 0200 26262, Mon–Fri 9.00–16.30. Please have your personal online access codes at hand when calling. 

However, you can make an instant credit transfer through Corporate Netbank. In the ‘Make a payment’ section, select the following payment type: Euro payment. Select the following payment method: Instant credit transfer.

You can identify yourself in Nordea Business using the Nordea Codes app or the code calculator.

When logging in for the first time, you can identify yourself in Nordea Business Mobile with the code app. Later you can easily identify yourself with your fingerprint or face recognition if these are available on your mobile device.

With the Nordea Business Mobile app, you can handle your company’s daily banking conveniently any time, anywhere. Nordea Business Mobile is intended for customers using the Nordea Business online banking service.

You can manage your company’s accounts in the Nordea Business Mobile application. The Nordea Mobile application is intended for personal customers only. You can download the application from your mobile device’s app store. To log in, you will need access codes to Nordea Business and the Nordea Codes app. Read more on Nordea Business Mobile.
