Nordea ID – entrepreneur’s key to safe banking

• With the Nordea ID app, you can log in to Nordea Business and confirm actions in both the online and mobile versions. 
• With your personal Nordea ID account, you can also log in to other services, such as Company documents, and confirm the online purchases you make with your corporate card. 

You should download and activate the app on at least two devices, just in case your primary device is lost or damaged. If you lose your phone, for example, you can do your banking with another device that has the app activated. You can also use that device to activate the Nordea ID app on your new device.

Manage your daily incoming and outgoing payments

Nordea Business is a handy tool for you to do your daily banking. You can pay and create bills and track your incoming and outgoing payments in both the online and mobile versions of Nordea Business.

• When you want to pay salaries, for example, log in to Nordea Business and select the Payments tab. Then select ‘New payment’. 
• If you want to create a foreign currency payment, select Payments and then ‘Currency payment’.
• When you want to browse your account statements in Nordea Business, select the Finances tab and then ‘Account Statements & Documents’ . Digital account statements can be retrieved in Nordea Business for 18 months.
• If you want to authorise an accounting firm to retrieve account statements and reference transactions or to transmit payment files to the bank, you must send us a power of attorney for your payments.

Do you have questions regarding your cards?

With Business Visa Debit you can access your company’s bank account in Finland and anywhere else in the world.

• You will receive the card’s PIN in a letter. If you have forgotten the PIN, we can resend it to you. Log in to Nordea Business and start a chat with us.
• If you want to change your card’s spending limit, contact us through the chat in Nordea Business. 
• If you are also using Nordea for your personal banking, you can adjust the settings of your Business Visa Debit in Nordea Netbank or Nordea Mobile.

Our digital services make your everyday banking easier. You can also contact our experts conveniently through Nordea Business and Nordea Business Mobile. 

• Our advisers are on hand to reply to your messages in the Nordea Business chat Mon–Fri 9.00–18.00. The chat in Nordea Business is a convenient way to get advice quickly, and you can also use it for banking needs that require strong authentication.
