Trading fees for book-entry accounts and equity savings accounts
Here is how the total fees you have paid affect your brokerage fees. You start on tier 1, when your accumulated brokerage fees are 0 euros. When you accumulate fees by trading actively, you will be upgraded to the next tier, and your brokerage fees will be reduced.

Market-specific information
The foreign exchange fee for transactions in other than euro denominated shares (and funds) is 0.3%.
Additionally:
- The London Stock Exchange charges a stamp duty of 0.5% of the transaction price.
- A transaction tax of 0.3% is levied when buying shares in the largest listed companies in France. The tax is not levied on brokerage fees, and it is not applicable to sales of shares.
- A transaction tax of 0.2% is levied when buying shares in the largest listed companies in Spain. The tax is not levied on brokerage fees, and it is not applicable to sales of shares.
- A transaction tax of 0.1% is levied on trades in Italian shares. No tax is levied on brokerage fees.
The brokerage fee is 2% (minimum EUR 168.19) for orders that cannot be brokered automatically. The total fee charged from the seller – and in the case of trades of subscription rights, also from the buyer – is half of the transaction price at maximum. The brokerage fee is set daily.
