How to view your personal data in Nordea Mobile and Netbank

You have a right to access the personal data we have on you. Most of your data is available to you in Nordea’s online and mobile services at any time.

Would you like to submit a request for personal data?

You can submit a request for personal data to us. We will provide you with your core personal data via Omaposti within a month of receiving your request.  

Please note that we may not be able to provide all the requested data due to your rights being restricted by legislation, protection of other persons’ privacy and consideration for the Nordea Group’s business concept and business practices. 

Follow these steps

  1. If you have Nordea access codes, fill in our personal data request form in Nordea NetbankOpens new window
  2. If you have online banking credentials from another Finnish bank, fill in our “Request for personal data” formOpens new window and save it on your computer. Next, log in to Nordea Omaposti with your online banking credentials and send the form to us.

If you also want us to send you your personal data related to a company you are involved in, include the company’s name and business ID in the form.

Would you like to request a transmission of your personal data?

You have a right to data portability. This right applies to personal data processed only by automated means and on the basis of consent or performance of a contract. We will provide you with these data via Omaposti in a machine-readable format within a month of receiving your request. Where secure and technically feasible, we can also transmit the data to another entity.

Follow these steps

  1. Fill in our “Right to data portability” request formOpens new window and save it on your computer.
  2. Log in to Nordea Netbank with your personal access codes and select “Messages”. If you are not using Nordea Netbank, you can access your messages via nordea.fi/omaposti. To use Omaposti, you need to have Nordea’s access codes or valid online banking credentials from another Finnish bank.
  3. Open a new message in Omaposti and add the filled in form (from step 1) as an attachment. Select “GDPR” as the topic of your message and write “Right to data portability” in the message field.

To develop new products and services, we anonymise card transaction data to create statistics and analyse developments in private consumption patterns. These statistics cannot be linked to individuals or you personally.
