Purchase Protection keeps your purchases safe
All Nordea credit cards include Purchase Protection. It means that in case of a breach of contract by a seller or service provider, Nordea and the seller or service provider are jointly liable for the refund, compensation or any other payment you are owned, as laid down in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Purchase Protection allows you to claim your money back, for example, if:
- you don’t receive an item you ordered or it arrives damaged
- you were charged twice
- you don’t receive the item or service you bought due to the seller’s or service provider’s bankruptcy.
