When you are moving to a new location and wish to handle all your banking at the nearest Nordea branch:
- Call our Customer Service at 0200 70 000, Mon–Fri 10.00–16.30 (local network charge/mobile call charge), and identify yourself by keying in your access codes at the beginning of the call,
- send customer mail through Netbank or
- visit one of our branches.
Use the branch search to find the Nordea branch located nearest to your new home.
Changes in address and phone numberWhen you report a change of address to the Population Register Centre, the information is also forwarded to us.
If one of the following changes, you must report it to us personally:
- telephone number,
- temporary or secret address and
- your address abroad.
Report the change either via the customer mail in Netbank or by calling our Customer Service and identifying yourself with your access codes.
